Tandoori Broccoli

Light marination, and a delectable flavour on the palate. And its healthy too! A delicious twist on Broccoli from Chef Sweety Singh.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Broccoli
  • 50 grams fresh kaju paste
  • 50 grams hung curd
  • 50 grams cream
  • 50 grams oil
  • 1 tbsp chef Sweety special masala.
  • White pepper and salt to taste
  • A dash of rock salt

  Prep: 10 min                    Cook: 25 min                         Ready In: 35 min

Method

  • Boil a pot of water and add rock salt to it. Cut broccoli into desired pieces and add to the water. Boil for one minute to clean the broccoli and so that the salt is absorbed. Strain the broccoli and let it cool.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients by hand and coat the boiled broccoli with the mixture.
  • Grill over a tandoor or grill and garnish with a dash of butter or desi ghee for flavor, Serve hot.
