An alumnus of the Institute Of Hotel Management – Pusa, New Delhi, Sanjay has worked with leading hotel chains like The Oberois, Hyatt & Meridien before becoming one of the most vibrant singing stars with Magnasound in the 90’s which was one of India’s best known music companies of its era.
Having released a dozen albums , done playback singing for Bollywood, performed a few hundred concerts all over the world and having featured in the top charts several times over the years, Sanjay was christened as the ‘Raja Of Remixes’.
Besides Mealability – which is his labour of love and started more out of his passion for Kashmiri food and today has been endorsed by an enviable list of celebrities from all walks of life for having raised the bar for Kashmiri food to new heights, Sanjay runs a very successful entertainment and event management company with offices in Delhi and Sydney.
Sanjay strives to provide the finest quality home cooked Kashmiri cuisine to the lovers of this food and to make it available over a period of time across the country without ever having to compromise the quality and taste.
