Started with a vision to popularize western indian coastal cuisine and put it on the world map, Sandeep has managed to build credibility among some of the discerning palletes through his creation called #ModernCoastal, a new genre of cuisine, under his brand name Esca Brahma.

A former management consultant turned Chef and Entrepreneur has done more than 40 dinners in less than 10 months into this venture with many other engagements catering traditional coastal food and creating unique dining experiences.

The flavours are predominantly from the coast as he puts it “I deconstruct flavours from the coast, apply best techniques from all over the globe, use a some of the Avurveda principles and Yin-Yang as a philosophy to balance flavours and textures and put in on a plate
