She’s a journalist, a cook and a food consultant. When she’s not busy out in the field or peering into the computer researching a new story, you can find Ruchira Hoon in her kitchen developing recipes and baking things for people she loves.
So far she’s developed the menu for several brands including Picante, The Piano Man, The Piano Man Jazz Club,The Lime Tree Café (in Islamabad) and Dirty Apron. She’s currently doing the menu for a bakery as well is associated with brands such as Del Monte and Baggrys.
