Meat Diyan Seekhan

The original mutton seekhs from the villages of Punjab with superb flavour of mild spices.

Ingredients

  • 1 Kg boneless mutton
  • 50 grams Dhaniya ki jad (fresh coriander stems)
  • 25-30 grams ginger
  • 25-30 grams garlic
  • green chillies (chopped) to taste
  • 150 grams amul cheese
  • 25 grams sabut dhaniya (coriander seeds)
  • 2 tbsp chef Sweety special masala
  • salt to taste

  Prep: 15 min                    Cook: 30 min                         Ready In: 45 min

Method

  • In a bowl, add meat, coriander stem, ginger, garlic, green chillies, coriander seeds, salt and chef’s masala. Coat the meat by hand and then mince to form a keema texture.
  • Coat the mutton keema around a seekh and grill till cooked. Remove from seekh and serve hot with butter or desi ghee.
