Born and brought up in the land of the Nawabs – Lucknow, Gul started her rendezvous with food at a young age. Her heart lies in discovering and learning new culinary delights of the old city .
She has inherited age old recipes from her parents and is always pushing herself to develop new recipes and dishes. She runs a kitchen from home that specialises in Lucknowi cuisines and Biryanis.
She is also the recipient of multiple popular choice food awards in the city of Gurgaon.
