Grilled Fish

Ingredients

  • 3 whole pieces of fish (Any types of river fish can be used. Here I have used Bhangon Fish)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chili oregano seasoning
  • Salt for seasoning
  • Star fruit, Radish for garnishing

  Prep: 15 min                    Cook: 15 min                         Ready In: 30 min

Method

  • Clean and wash the fish properly and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Marinate the fish in olive oil, lemon juice and chili oregano seasoning for half an hour. Season with salt.
  • Lightly grease electric grill tandoor with oil and preheat it for one minute.
  • Place the fish on the preheated tandoor and close the lid and cook for four to five minutes. Turn the fish and grill for another 2 by 3 minutes.
  • Transfer the fishes to a platter and let stand for 10 minutes. Garnish with radish and star fruit.
