While you have no control over the way s of this world touching people through skillfully planned meals in a comforting ambience has been the dream of my heart.

A major in Economics and an academic by profession my passion has always been to make a good home and let others partake of this home too. In the course of this journey, eating right, eating healthy and eating tasty food became the primary focus.

When Kashmiri Nath brought forth the Eat with India program it was another one of God’s gifts that I came upon. It is only fair to India that homemakers take over and lay a wholesome spread for their guests. This may need a bit of editing.

She will be show casing Punjabi Cuisine ,as it is done at home. She divides her time between Assam and Delhi. Cooking and learning about food gives her unparalleled joy.

As both her children are grown, she wants to devote as much time to cooking and showcasing her traditional food as she grew up eating.
