Unlike most, my interest in food and more specifically, cooking started late in life.
I started a cafe from a business prospective and after a few experiments in the kitchen, I fell in love with cooking!
I am drawn towards Rajasthani food more than others because my fondest and most powerful memories of food are associated with the food my mother and grandmother used to cook for me.
Why pop up dining? It’s a way for me to combine my love for food and cooking with my enthusiasm for hosting and meeting new people, as I strive to bring age old family recipes into the 21st century.
