About Us

I Have always been interested in cooking from childhood. Belonging to a catering family from Gujarat I was always encouraged to try my hand at cooking with a twist.

Enjoyed cooking for family and friends for several years. Then our youngest grand daughter came into our lives. I started cooking for her birthday parties and all the parents who would attend would encourage me to cook for them.

Initially I was not inclined but then I made a humble beginning by cooking for them. I then went on to set up my own “The Parsi Kitchen” in 2014. We, at my humble kitchen have cooked for a lot of parties.

Have also cooked as a visiting Chef for a friend who was hosting the very renowned Australian Masterchef Christine Manfield who is the author of “Tasting India”, and many such dignitaries.

Have cooked and presented Parsi cuisine at a number of prestigious events – India International Center, a start up company for their launch event, a reception for some friends – to name a few. Though not professionally trained, cooking for me is Meditation in Action.

The main ingredient in all my recipes is abundance of LOVE. I now welcome you to dine with me and my husband at home to partake in that love.
