Food Enthusiast, Blogger, Recipe Developer, Food Consultant, Baker – Kashmiri is master of all trades. Born in Guwahati and alumni of ISB Hyderabad, Kashmiri always had a knack for food & cooking.
Finally her passion took over her career as she has graduated from being a home chef to hosting a food festival at the Marriott, Hyderabad.
Kashmiri learnt the nuances of Assamese cooking from her mother, and put that knowledge to practice when she had to begin her life in the tea gardens with her husband after her marriage. Now she has many feathers in her cap. –
She is the Founder of the “North East Food Forum”, a regular contributor to mycity4kids.com as an expert blogger, a columnist with “Gplus” tabloid in Assam, and an empanelled contributor on the online magazine “Travel Trunk NE”.
She conceptualized and started ‘xoxo cupcakes etc., when fondant cakes were a thing of fairy tales in Guwahati as well as her own food blog. She has also been a Jury member for the Guwahati food awards, a menu taster at Vivanta by Taj and has developed recipes for the Gateway Grandeur Hotel in Guwahati.
She now joins hands with eatwithIndia as the EWI Ambassador for the North East Indian Region.
